The Challenge
The previous training for real property contracts consisted of static pages on GCpedia, an internal wiki page used by Government of Canada employees.
To improve learner engagement and achieve learning outcomes, I was tasked with re-designing the course which included three modules and a quiz component. I collaborated with two project leads, as well as an editor/translator. The Public Services and Procurement Canada branding was incorporated throughout the course.
The Solution
To make the course more engaging, I incorporated various e-learning elements such as:
Quizzes to help learners further retain the knowledge required.
Articulate Storyline characters to represent stakeholders and reinforce concepts throughout the contracting process.
Navigational elements, such as buttons to indicate a pop-up dialog.
